DOMESTIC

We are unable to cancel your order after it is placed.

After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email that contains your tracking number.

  • Order processing time before shipping is 1-3 business days.

  • Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed at time of purchase.

  • Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx, but delays from the courier may happen (please check with your courier for any tracking).

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.

  • Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee.

  • Please note, shipping election (first class, priority, etc.) does not start until after our processing time.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, True Loyal Tees accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) True Loyal Tees is not held liable as we have no control once it is within the hands of the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent (USPS for US customers & your local postal service for International customers).

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

    INTERNATIONAL

We are unable to cancel your order after it is placed.

We currently offer flat rate shipping to select countries with our shipping partners. Our shipping rates cover duties and taxes.

  • Shipping takes 10-14 business days via DHL (not including any customs and duties delays).

  • Order processing time before shipping is 1-3 business days.

  • We are unable to ship to PO boxes/ local post office boxes - DHL is unable to deliver to them.

  • Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed at time of purchase.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept exchanges.

  • Please note, shipping election (first class, priority, etc.) does not start until after our processing time

    RETURNS

  • All sales are final. No refunds. Exchange for store credit only.

  • All exchanges are subject to product inspection and approval. Notice must be given to Customer Care within 7 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise.

  • Items must be in their original packaging in new condition with original packing slip and description of reason for exchange.

  • Any store credit we issue will be valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. True Loyal Tees is not responsible for shipping charges for returns.

  • Please note: all orders processed with a discount code or sale price are final sale and may not be returned.

  • If you received a defective/damaged item(s), we will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the merchandise back to us. Should you run into this issue please email us at Trueloyaltees@gmail.com so we can further assist you.

*ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR DAMAGE WILL LEAD TO THE RETURN REQUEST BEING DENIED. 

All returns must be submitted through our online returns system in order to be processed.

After your return in approved you will receive a prepaid return label via email only if at the fault of TLT.

THE FOLLOWING ARE EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN POLICY:

  • FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED

  • RETURNED ITEMS MUST HAVE NO SIGNS OF WEAR AND TEAR
